Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to support our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations.
* Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design development and project execution.
* Participate in site visits and evaluations, providing input on design and construction documents.
* Conduct research to support the architectural design process, including material selection and building technologies.
* Prepare project documentation and maintain files in compliance with firm standards.
* Support the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
* Help in preparation of concept design, working with head designer
* Producing high quality renders and making detailed concept design presentations for RFPs. Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
* Experience: o 1-3 years of professional experience in architecture, internships included.
* Skills: o Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion/Enscape).
o Strong visual and graphic presentation skills.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
o Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
