Required Skills :
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, BIM and other latest related softwares
• Good command over Project management softwares.
• Ability to prepare working drawings GFC and coordinate with consultants
Strong attention to detail and willingness to lead and work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in architectural design and planning
Prepare concept presentations and detailed workflow charts and ensure timely delivery from all stakeholders.
Develop construction documentation
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
• Assist in site visits and project coordination
Participate in design discussions and client presentations.
Take responsibility for the design team.
