Positions : Junior Architect, Senior Interior Designer

Interior Designer :
- Design interior spaces efficiently, ensuring high-quality and innovative outcomes.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Oversee the creation and management of working drawings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and draftsmen.
- Possess in depth knowledge of interior materials.
- Ensure efficient project management and timely delivery of all design elements.
Architect :
- Design comprehensive floor plans and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate closely with structural engineers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow
- Lead and manage the architectural team, ensuring all working drawings and documentation are accurate and timely.
- Review and cross check Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office is essential.
- Basic Knowledge in 3D rendering software like Lumion, D5 are manageable.
