- Location : Chennai
- Stipend : 7k+
2. Junior Architect (0 - 2 years)
- Location : Chennai
- Salary : upto 25k
- Roles and responsibilities : schematic developments, 2D detailing, working drawings, Detailed Drawings, 3D modeling and renders, Basic Site visits, Task documentations
- Software knowledge - Auto CAD, Google Sketchup, Basic Revit, Google sheets, Microsoft office, Render software (Lumion or Enscape or D5), AI basics- chatgpt & gemini
- Language preference : Tamil predominantly for fluency to site workers & English
- Additionally, occasional visits to Tirunelveli office & other sites in Tamil Nadu
- Travel to other branch office occasionally. Transit and accommodation will be borne by the company.
3. Site Engineer (0 - 2 years)
- Location : Tirunelveli mostly + occasional Chennai
- Salary : 12k - 15k
- Roles : Site visits and basic system works. CAD, Microsoft office, Google
