Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site work and manage sub-contractors (carpenters, painters, electricians).
Accurately read and execute 2D working drawings and MEP layouts.
Conduct strict quality checks on finishes (joinery, laminate, paint, etc.).
Coordinate material deliveries and minimize wastage.
Provide daily progress updates to the project manager/designer.
